This position involves managing the administrative tasks that underpin the search for, and acquisition of, new talent. By organising interviews, handling communication, and maintaining candidate data.

 

Roles can vary depending on the setting, but typically duties will include; 

  • Post job advertisements on various platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and appealing to potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and criteria set by the hiring managers.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including arranging meeting times, sending calendar invites, and preparing interview materials.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems with candidate information, interview schedules, and feedback from hiring managers.
  • Handle communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  • Prepare and extend job offer letters to selected candidates, including details on salary, benefits, and start dates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct reference and background checks on candidates as required, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
