The role and responsibilities of a Care and Support Assistant will vary depending on the Sector you have chosen to work in.  

Care and Support assistants play a vital role in providing care and support across a variety of residential and health care settings. The role can be incredibly varied depending on the person's individual care needs or the type of service they work in. If you enjoy providing both practical and emotional support and appreciate a diverse working day, then you might consider a role as a Care or Support assistant.

Responsibilities will typically include;  

• help with personal care, such as showering, dressing and toileting
